조깅/걷기 하는 곳 설명 (1)

 

In the park near my house, I just walk or jog becuz There are nice walking tracks.

I feel stuffy when I'm alone at home.
So I usually go to the park with my friends.

I like dogs. there are many cute dogs running around.

So I like to see a lot of dogs there.

Inaddition next to the park, There are many exercise equipment.

So many people work out. such as 벤치, 스쿼트, 데드리프트

and Many people call this place "Sansjang."

This is a really good place.

I try to warm up Before jogging. 

and what I always take is my cell phone Before jogging,
I use it to call, surf the Internet, and see a map view.
especially map view is a really good function as long as you have a cellphone.
This helps me not get lost.

So I can jog wherever I want.

I also listen to music while jogging.

And after jogging, taking a shower at home is a perfect day.

I got interested in jogging when I was in Australia.
The weather was nice there and there were many good places for jogging.
I saw a lot of joggers around me.
So I wanted to run with the nice weather.

at that time , after running in the morning, I took a shower.
It was very refreshing.
The start of the morning was different.
I felt healthy and the day was good.
So I'm still running every day near my house.

A month ago I went a park for a walk.
I always listen to music while walking.
and that day The weather was nice, so I sat on a bench and walked again.
When I came home, I realized that i lost my wallet.. It was terrible.
I was concentrate on music,weather and walk
so I wasn't concentrate on my wallet. it was my mistake. 
but right away, i received messege at facebook.
that I picked up your wallet on a bench, yes im lucky guy
I was really happy. So I received my wallet and gave him some money.

I still exactly remember this situation.
